General Membership News: Mr. Wayne (Toad) Todd, a valued member has passed away. Our deepest
sympathies to the family. We won't forget the laugh.
Caledonia Golf Team: Green Oaks is the home course for the Caledonia Golf Team consisting of
Zac Taylor, Zack Bailey, Evan McElrath, Trent Humber, and coached by Bradley Tate. They finished 2nd in the 4A District
and 5th in the State. CONGRATULATION TEAM!!!. New Members: Welcome to our newest Junior member - Konrad Vernon.
Welcome to new member Wallace Smith and welcome back to two old members whose travels took them away, and now have
brought them back. WAelcome back Steve Yarbourgh and Floyd Butler. May all your golfing be great and your freinds be many.
Weather: We have had a very rainy month and some severe storms that knocked down trees and damaged the Bathroom on
Number 4. Thanks to Wayne and Ms Jennie plus the following volunteers, Arl Taylor, Dennis Cox, Mike Spalding and
Bobby Parker, they were able to keep the course open for play. We appreciate your efforts and support. Committees: LOGO is doing a great job they are working hard for Green oaks. The Crawfish boil was a success. Green Oaks Tournament committee:This committee is workin hard onthe up coming tournaments to make them fun and entertaining for everyone.
Check out the list of tournaments on our website or in the Pro shop. SUPPORT YOUR CLUB. Mens Golf Association: No one has offered to start this back up yet, but we are getting to dry weather. Events:
June 6th API Tournament: Course closed until completion
June 13 - 14 Betsy Drane Memorial 2 Lady Scramble
July 4th Club Scramble: Everyone had fun last year, firework show after. Donations excepted for Fireworks by Tournament Committee.
Keep your eye on the Pro shop for a special event to run from June 1st till August 1st.
Steak Nights:
June 4th and 8th,bring your own steak and enjoy.

From the Superintendent:
We had a wet start to May, the course was hard to get on to mow, but we have seen a few dry days and we are now able to mow in most places.
The greens have been aerated and verticut, clover has been sprayed and we should be able to get the lime out during June.
